What is the commission structure for Landrock Vessel in a transaction?

Landrock Vessel applies a 6% commission to the asking price provided by the equipment owner.

Landrock Vessel acts strictly as a facilitator.
We do not represent either the buyer or the seller as an agent. Our role is to relay information between parties and assist in coordinating negotiations.

Yes. Landrock Vessel is open to discussing lease-purchase arrangements for equipment of interest. An internal credit review form may be issued for evaluation purposes.

Yes. We maintain relationships with vessel owners and operators across Nigeria and regional maritime markets.

Yes. Through established towing and marine logistics relationships, we can assist in obtaining cost estimates and coordinating relocation where required.

Yes. Our team sources inland waterway vessels as well as offshore and ocean-going marine equipment, both locally and internationally.

Landrock Vessel maintains a broad network of marine operators, vessel owners, project managers, and industry contacts. We also engage directly with qualified buyers whose operational needs align with the equipment being marketed.

Landrock Vessel requires buyer information, including company details and authorized representative information, in order to formally register the buyer with the equipment owner.

Once registration is completed and any non-circumvention considerations are addressed, location details will be released. We can also assist in coordinating inspection visits where necessary.

The process remains largely the same. However, where a buyer cannot travel to inspect equipment located abroad, Landrock Vessel can assist by recommending:

  • Independent third-party inspection services

  • Independent escrow legal services for secure fund transfers

  • Delivery providers for self-propelled vessels

  • Towing companies for non-self-propelled vessels

Landrock Vessel may conduct an internal review to explore potential financing assistance, subject to project scope and credit evaluation. We can also refer clients to marine financing institutions where appropriate.
